About
It is my belief that just as we have the questions, so too do we have the answers. I imagine the reason you are reading this is because you have some questions about how you feel, your thoughts, your behaviour, your life or yourself that you would like answers to. Perhaps you have experienced, or are currently experiencing, a troubling or distressing time; whatever it is you are going through, via Awareness and Acceptance of both self and what is, I believe you will come to a place of understanding, clarity and peace. The philosopher Eugene T. Gendlin spoke of The Edge of Awareness which is that place within us between the known and unknown where we are not yet quite aware - I believe this place within us is where our answers lie. Using Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt modalities, I would work with you to explore your Edge of Awareness and help you ascertain Awareness and acceptance in a safe, ethical and non-judgemental therapeutic alliance where whatever you bring will be met with empathy, confidentiality and Unconditional Positive Regard (Rogers, 1959).
I hold a BSc Honours Degree in Humanistic Counselling from Middlesex University for which I studied at the Metanoia Institute in London. As of October 2020 I began my Masters Degree in Humanistic Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.
